Front-End Web Developer
Full Time (37.5hrs p/w)
We are searching for a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our team in Penarth working 37.5hrs a week. You’ll have a passion for the web, bringing ideas to our creative team at the design and development stages of projects. Though experience is desirable it isn’t essential and a strong portfolio of work that shows your talent will support your application.
Your responsibilities will include:
Writing code in one or more programming or scripting languages including CSS, C#, JQuery, APIs and HTML.
Designing the architecture and layout of websites from .psd files.
Testing sites and applications in different browsers and environments.
Fixing bugs in existing projects.
Researching, incorporating and contributing to Open Source projects.
Gathering requirements from clients and users.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent knowledge and experience of HTML, CSS and JavaScript with awareness of the latest advancements in each field
Experience with .NET, C#, MS SQL, XML, JSON
Experience of using Adobe Photoshop
A keen eye for design and excellent attention to detail
Able to implement and test projects thoroughly in an ordered and strategic way
Logical thinker; ability to resolve problems in a calm and effective manner, knowing when to escalate issues to a higher authority
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
Keen to learn new technologies, and introduce them to the business
Hard working and proactive
A team player who is happy to 'muck-in' whenever needed
Some Desirable skills:
Experience of Windows Server
Experience with php and MySQL
Experience with Wordpress, Shopify and other open source platforms
SEO Knowledge
Git
Sass
Experience of JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Angular, React)

Digital Marketing Assistant

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Assistant, who will be responsible for implementing our marketing strategy. Their responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and producing a wide range of written marketing communications and press releases.
Developing and maintaining sales proposals, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
Supervising the production or implementation of marketing materials.
Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
Maintaining communication open lines with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to client’s websites.
Producing monthly newsletters and distributing them to email marketing list of companies.
Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases.
Monitoring and maintaining online blogs and social media for clients.
