nice n stripy 

We have recently complete work on a big project for nice n stripy, a grass cutting and garden care company based in Crawley, with franchises all over the UK. The project has encompassed three main areas; a website for customers to use which includes a forum, the franchisee office system for the franchisees to manage their business, and the higher level CMS for the owners to update the website. Nice n stripy target both commercial and domestic customers, so it was important for them to have a distinction between the two, to differentiate in terms of services offered.

We also created a blog-style articles section, which included a back catalogue of pieces as well as specially written ones for the new website by the owners. A core requirement of the project was an address look up control following the entry of a post code, as nice n stripy has franchises all over the country, it is crucial for customers to be directed to the right franchisee for their area with minimal customer input, which is a simple task with our address finder. 

The second main component of the project was the back office system for the franchisees, which allows them to perform day to day tasks to help the running of their business go smoothly. Franchisees can access manuals and booklets, fill in weekly return forms and daily worksheets, or browse their customer databases and process new enquiries. This online resource provides everything franchisees need to run their franchises efficiently and maintain their existing client base. 

The third component was the CMS & CRM for the owners to have full control of their website, allowing them to update the website when needed, as well as add new franchisees to their growing list. But most importantly the CRM allows the owners to monitor and run reports on each franchisees business activity, supporting them to ensure they have a successful business.
